When I get to the bicep work in PUB I am usually so not into it and fatigued. Yesterday I FF to the bicep work and followed it with Trevor's routine with light weights. I did one set of curls using 2 up 4 down count with a 10lb weight, then followed that with hammer curls using the same weight, a total of two sets for each. Then I repeated the same with an 8lb weight, two more sets for each. After doing this he recommends that you pick a ligher weight and do a total of 30 curls and 30 hammer curls, same count,which I did with the 8lb weight. Then about an hour later I did the video minus the bicep work. This way I was able to put all my energy into the biceps and today my biceps are really sore which I love. I could have actually done heavier on the weight but I was experimenting.
