Hi ladies,
I did PUB down only last night and followed the weights I used during the full work out...I felt like I should have gone heavier on some of the exercises because I was not exhausting the muscle like I would have if I were doing up AND down. Do you think it's okay to up the weights when only going up OR down or should I stick with the same weights I would use for the full w/o???
