Pyramid workouts

I think this has been asked before, but I'm not sure whether an answer has been arrived at:

Is there an way to break up the Pyramid workouts so that they can be done in 30-minute-or-so daily workouts?

From my preview, it appeared that perhaps the lower body pyramid workout could be split into 2 segments: one with the pyramid work and the other with the stability ball work. I haven't started yet, so would be interested to hear from anyone who has.

Thanks.

I would guess for the Upper Body one you could do the chest, back and shoulders one day and triceps, biceps and abs the next. That's the simplest way I can think of! Susan

If I recall someone mentioned a DVD option was just doing the pyramid either up or down. So you start light and go heavy or start heavy and go light. They said doing this cut the workout down to around 30 minutes. It would be a lot of fast forwarding. I am actually thinking of doing this with the upper body tape in the future.

There are premixes on the DVD that have you going up the pyramid only or down the pyramid only. There is also a great premix that combines parts of both workouts for a total of about 53 min. including warm up and stretch. Haven't tried it yet, but it looked great! Very well put together.
