I started doing Cathe's Pyramid workouts this week and I am so sore. I did upper body on Monday and my biceps just stopped being sore today. I did lower body yesterday and I'm walking funny today. I am sore from my butt down to my heels.
I think the only parts of body that have not been sore this week are my fingers, toes, and face. I'm surprised Cathe didn't find something to make these areas sore also.
I was supposed to do cardio today, but only managed to get out an ab workout. I love this series!!!!:7
