Pyramid Workouts and Soreness

I started doing Cathe's Pyramid workouts this week and I am so sore. I did upper body on Monday and my biceps just stopped being sore today. I did lower body yesterday and I'm walking funny today. I am sore from my butt down to my heels. :eek: I think the only parts of body that have not been sore this week are my fingers, toes, and face. I'm surprised Cathe didn't find something to make these areas sore also. ;) I was supposed to do cardio today, but only managed to get out an ab workout. I love this series!!!!:7
 
Me too! I could barely wash my hair the next day after the upper body workout! It cooked my arms...gotta love it!

The first time I did PUB, my biceps were SO SORE the next couple of days that I found myself massaging them throughout the day to give them some relief.
 
I absolutely agree. Nothing causes me pain like the pyramids (and I really love it!). I shake like a leaf when I do those chest flies with 20 lb. dumbbells, and then I almost cry when I realize I still have to go back down. These are incredible workouts.
