pyramid upper body

If I remember correctly the bonus combo is pyramid upper and lower body with just the pyramid up portion of all the exercises. Of course the floor work in PLB is not there and neither is the ab section that's on PUB. It's actually a pretty good workout. What I usually do instead of pyramiding, is go as heavy as I can for each of the exercises.

I just did the Bonus Combo tonight:
PLB WU
Squats
Leg Presses
Chest
Back
Leg Presses again
Static Lunges
Shoulders
Deadlifts
Calf Raises
Triceps
Biceps
PLB Stretch
You do 12/10/8 reps for each exercise and it clocks in around 55 minutes! I went as heavy as I could with good form and kept it moving....great workout...I was sweaty!
