FYI, here is a list of the upper body exercises on the Pyramid DVD. You can print it out and then hand write in your weight selections as you go along. If I am feeling particularly energetic, at the end I add in those 1/2 curls Cathe does on Musclemax.

It might be helpful to have an ongoing thread for each DVD. That way, people who use a particular DVD can see other people's comments/reactions. When people want to write about a DVD, they can use the search feature to find the thread and add to it.
