Does anyone know what weights cathe uses in the PUB dvd. I saw a similar question for the pure strength series and someone knew the weights :)

For chest I'm pretty sure she uses 12, 15 and 20 lb dumbells

Biceps...10, 12, 15 lbs

The other parts cant recall off the top of my head.
 
back: 12, 15, 20

shoulders: 3, 5, 8

tricep kickbacks: 3, 5, 8 or 10 (she says she will use 8, then decides to use 10)

tricep overhead press: 12, 15, 20 (just dumbell for this move)
