Pyramid routine

After a 2 1/2 week layoff I am going to start a pyramid routine. I did PUB last night and am planning on PLB tonight. I'd like to get your ideas for a routine using these 2 videos and possibly mixing in cardio.

How's this sound:
Day1: Cardio of choice
Day2: PLB (following week do PUB)
Day3: Cardio of choice
Day4: PUB (following week do PLB)
Day5: Cardio of choice
Day6: PLB (following week do PUB)
Day7: OFF

If you want/need an extra rest day take out one of the cardio days or do 30mn or so on one of the pyramid days.
