I wanted to work on building my lean muscle mass and I was wondering if you all had an opinion on which workout you prefer for that. I want to have defined muscles not just toned. I am just starting to see seperated muscles in my shoulders and triceps and I want more!
Nicole, what workouts have you been doing and for how long to develop some muscle separation? it seems I try and try and dont see any shape to my arms. Thanks.
Nicole, I think both can be useful. I think the Pyramids are exellent by themselves. Using Push Pull you can do upper and lower 3 sets options on the premixes. Go as heavy as you can on this. I think it is an excellent workout. My favorite if you have the Push Pull dvd is Super Sets upper and lower blasts. I think you can use either dvd and get results depending on what you are using.

I agree with Diane. I really like the push/pull & supersets premixes. They give you a lot of variety. I also like Pyramids. Save your money so you can get both!
