Good morning!
Just got back from teaching, and this morning I did SH Biceps. Yesterday I did shoulders and triceps SH. Um, finally some DOMS in my shoulders! I hardly ever get it in the shoulders.
So, I am sitting here eating my protein pancakes that Tess taught me how to make. For any of you who haven't Tried tess's recipe with the cottage cheese, egg whites and oatmeal, you really should. Although, I have to say that hers are better. She really does have the magic touch with those things!! Oh, BTW, I had my boys try them the other day, they wouldn't try at first because they knew I was up to something, they kept asking what was in them. They really do know me! Anyway, I threatened their lives to try them and they actually thought they were good!! I always feel good when I get them to eat something healthy!
Heather: glad to see you back and doing well. Keep up the good work! Cahange to the diet is always good, expecially if you are bored with what you are doing. Keep it new and fresh!
LIANN: WHERE ARE YOU ??? I HOPE YOU HAVEN'T BEEN EATEN BY A SNAKE OR SOMETHING!
Robin: is your son still home? How long does he stay. I hope all is going well... Hmm.... having to lock up the cabinets and fridge, huh? You know, I'm a glass half full kinda girl, so I think I can definitely find a couple of positives for that one if it was at my house!! Seriously though, I hope your visit is going well, you know how wonderful and strong I think you are with all you deal with...
Lara: How's married life going?
Gin: So, I put my HRM on all ready to go, and after class I went to check for calories burned, and I hit the side button by mistake and erased all the info!!!! OMG, I was so mad at myself!!! Then today I forgot to wear it. I am going to glue it to my head next time I teach so I don't forget, then I'm not touching it until I read the directions on how to get a readout!!
Michelle: How are you doing?? Haven't had a chance to catch up. Hope all is well. We missed you in Atlanta!!
Tess: Ah, yes, the magic of the HoneyCrisp apple. They are pretty awesome, huh? I am in need of some myself.
I have a meeting at the boys school in a little while to discuss the two weeks they will mis at the end of this month. One week because we are going on a cruise with my parents and another week to begin recording their album. Hopefully the school will be supportive. Soemtimes life experience is more valuable than book learning, and certainly this album and the people that are involved in it is a once in a lifetime opportunity!
Okay, miss you all and hope life is treating you well. My other computer is still on the fritz, I am using the boys' computer which is still annoying as it has never been completely fixed since the summer. So, I am doing all this in between freeze ups. At least I got this post in...
Have a great day!
