Puzzle Mats-Question

Ivy

Cathlete
This is something that has just been bugging me, I have these puzzle mats set up so that I can do cardio with more cushion to make it a little easier on my joints. The problem is that they always come apart while I'm exercising and at times I have to pause my workout to put them back together. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve it?

Thanks

I have heard of people who tape the backside of them. I don't have a problem because mine are the width of the room, so there is no wiggle room for them to come apart.
Hope that helps.

I have the same problem. I have a couple sets and found that "staggering" them helped keep the middle ones together. (the squares on the end will still slide apart). So I laid the first row and then started the second row so that the second row square was halfway between the seam of the first row square then I kept alternating. (Maybe I can try to take a picture of it).

Mine are wall to wall like gratefuldog's, so they don't move at all. That seems to be the best method to keep them from moving.

Hi Ivy

I put anti-slip rug sheets under my puzzle mats. This stops the puzzle mats from slipping and moving apart from each other. Maybe worth a try?

All the best

Nikola
