What about a circuit video *without* a step section? Ok, I'm a punkette, but I can't handle step after the floor cardio sections of Circuit Max! Anyone who can is an Amazon IMHO.
You know, I'm a "beginner" again when it comes to doing your videos -- can't do many in their entirety -- but it's so much FUN!!!! I'm going to do the second step segment of the "Wedding" video, that's my next goal. If I can handle that then it's onto Interval Max. All *3-5* circuits! LOL!!
