Hope you are doing well.
First a thank you!! I was never able to do pushups before, and now I can very easily do 2 - 3 sets of 16 modified pushups. I am now starting to try to do full body pushups and have accomplished 2 with much struggle - they really are much harder.
On the cardio and weights dvd, for chest work you start with full body pushups into pyramid pushups into side planks. I usually just do my modified pushups here, but was wondering if it is possible to do the pyramid into the side plank doing a modified pushup - or should I just try to do as many full body pushups as possible?? Also, if you have any tips on transitioning from modified pushups to full pushups, it would be greatly appreciated.
