Push-ups Question

Hi Cathe,
I want to be able to bust out as many push-ups as you and your crew do in your videos! I was planning on doing the drop-set portion from your Gym Style C&T workout along w/ the Oct. 08 rotation which says it focuses on developing lean muscle mass. How often would you suggest I do drop-sets? Thanks.

2 times a week KC! If you don't feel overly fatigued from that you can do it three times per week (EVERY OTHER WEEK). :D
