Sue, I plan on doing other chest work, just doing a set of maximum rep push-ups (or two, on good days!) after the warm-up and before the rest of a workout (or substitute a set of push-ups for one chest exercise). If it's not a chest day, but a weight day, I will do a couple of sets of max rep push-ups throughout the day before doing my weight workout.
