Push/Pull

Well, I have let this one set for a while. I forgot how challenging it can be.
Since i am still waiting for the replacement power hour. I am into a change lately, i got this one out.
I heavied up moreso than cathe and it was tough. Alot of reps and a change with the ball. I enjoyed it. I thought the squats were going on forever...............
But, I am still not sore like the gym style splits..

Do you like Push/Pull better than Supersets? I'm going to do one or the other tonight. Not sure which one...
 
I think that Push/Pull is easier than Supersets. The power lunges always get me in Supersets. Although these two videos are on the easier end of the scale in comparing them to the rest of Cathe's weight workouts, they're still great because they incorporate moves that aren't seen in most of her videos. Also, I really like weight work with the ball. I'm always one to skip the ab workout, so with all the ball work, I feel like I'm helping build my core muscles too. The one thing I really like about Push/Pull though is the bicep work. Always makes you feel good to see those biceps bulging at the end of your workout.
