Push Pull & Supersets

I asked the same question a few weeks ago and never got an answer. I viewed both and they both look similar to me with Push/Pull looking a bit easier. But that's about all I know as far as the differences.

Hi Laura! Push Pull is a total body workout with the emphasis being working opposing muscle groups. Supersets is a total body workout with the emphasis being a circuit style workout. Both provide new exercises which hit the muscles from different angles. Both incorporate the stability ball quite a bit which will recruit the core a bit more throughout the entire workout.

Supersets is more of a muscular endurance workout, while Push Pull can go in either category depending on how heavy of a weight you choose to lift.
