Hi Cathe!
I'm wondering about doing a rotation of "push/pull" muscles. Example: Chest/Back on Monday, Legs on Wednesday, Biceps and Triceps on Friday. I would also throw in some abs. Is there any advantages/disadvantages to working out in this format?
