push pull method

I understand Cathe wil be using the push pull method. I read a littla about it but what are the benefits of this type of exercise. I would love to hear from Cathe or SNM. Thank you both

With the push pull method alternating exercises are chosen which work the opposing muscle group, i.e., biceps and triceps. Perhaps the biggest advantage of this method of training is that it is very time efficient since little rest is needed between sets since the next set is always the opposing resting muscle group.
