i ordered this dvd awhile back and tried it this morning. i did not like it. i just felt like it wasn't that challenging and it was outdated compared to cathes other videos. i just ordered gym style for an updated version.
 
i lifted heavy i just didn't like the feel for it. at least not as much as cahtes other tapes. just my opinion
 
While it's not my favorite, you may find, as I did, that it is good for "mixing it up" so to speak. Alternate with Gym Styles to keep things interesting and your body guessing. I also agree with the other poster - up your weights with this one. You may grow to enjoy it more than you now do.
 
I had the best results EVER when doing the PS series twice a week. Since the pace is a little slower I was able to lift very heavy and it really got the job done!
