Pure Strength

Cathe,
I hope you will NOT shorten your pure strength series to 30-40 minutes. I would like to see a real intese strength building workout with slow moves and longer rests between sets. Too many workouts fail to work enough of the muscle groups or work them hard enough and many do not work the hamstrings well. I would like to see more emphasis on strengthing this muscle, since it is important for injury prevention to balance the strenth of the hamstring and the quads. I find my quads are much stronger than my hamstrings.
A short workout does not allow enough time to cover all these exercises especially if you are going to do the recommended 3 sets. I have found that I stay in much better shape if I alternate a real tough strength workout with an aerobic workout.
I hope you will live up to your reputation and give us a super tough workout that will work all the muscle groups well.
