pure strength series for beginners in need of firming and losing fast

hi cathe or anyone else that can answer this question.

i think i posted this question but i dont see it in the forum and i havent received a response.

how many times per week should i do cardio and use the pure strength 3 part weights(Pure Strength
Strong Legs & Abs,Pure Strength
Chest, Shoulders, Triceps,Pure Strength Back, Biceps & Abs) videos at least twice per week.
i know that they are good but they are all very long. one is 64 minutes in lenght. timewise its impossible to incorporate cardio into a day of weight training.

i am 31 yrs young, 5'7 " about 140 pounds with 29% (last time had it measured 2 years ago) maybe be fatter now. my body is very soft and i have lots of cellulite and i really want to build more muscle and lose 20 pounds and fat by august.

please advise, anyone????

What I have been doing with this series (and other Cathe's wt. work) is doing one bodypart per day going as HEAVY as I can. Then I will do 30-45 min. cardio.
I have gotten GOOD results with this kind of rotation.
Mon- Back
Tues-Chest
Wed-Legs
Thurs-shoulders
Fri-biceps
Sat-triceps

Matter of fact Cathes June rotation is working one body part per day.

I usually only work legs once per week. On the remaining days you can combine lifting with cardio easily if you get cathe's CTX series where the 5 cardio workouts are only 22-28 mins in length. That way you could lift for each body paart twice per week if you wanted to, which is what I tend to do.

wow you must have a ton of energy, do you have before and after photos? or were you always in shape.

i will try this, didnt think about doing it this way.

What's "best" is whatever works for you. I can never lift and then do cardio. I can do cardio (short, 30 mins max) and then lift. But I prefer to separate out my weight training and cardio days so that I give my max to each activity.
