PURE STRENGTH QUESTION

Hi Cathe! I used to do Firm workouts twice a week for strength training, and then I got PH... WOW! I've been doing it twice a week for about a month and just LOVE it! Great set, great cueing, great music and form pointers... AN AWESOME VIDEO! I don't know that I'll ever go back to the Firm! I recently got the PS series and was wondering what to expect if I did each tape once a week. I'm used to doing 2 hour-long full body weight sessions per week and 3 cardios. I am not trying to lose weight but want to gain muscle and become stronger. I can't wait to try the tapes but wanted your advice on them first... really I can only do each tape once/week b/c I'm pressed for time. Thanks for your help!
