I just recieved this series but see that Cathe doesn't say what amount of weight she's using for each exercise - I quess she didn't do that in her earlier videos? Anyway, I really like to use her weight as a guide and was wondering if anyone remebered if there was a post where she listed her weights for each exercise. I know it's an old series but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
I would think if you did a "Search" you'd be able to find alot of conversation related to this series when it first came out.
 
I just did pure strength today and tried to make a note of the weight amount. Cathe uses a 15 pound bar bell. The large weight plates are 10 pounds and the smaller 5 pounds. She mostly uses a 35 or 45 barbell. I notice for the T-bar rows she has 4 10 pound plates on one end. She uses 20 pounds for lat rows and mentions her wieght amounts in shoulders, except for the first exercise where she uses 10 pound hand weights. I use 10 pounds for shoulder shrugs and I think I saw 12 pounds on her weights. That is all I can remember and hope this helps.

Thanks. That does help. I guess I was being lazy because i'm so used to her stating what weight she using. I just went through the video yesterday and tried to make note of what she was using. I think i got the same info as you.:)
