Pure Strength list of exercises

hello there, I am wondering if there is a list of all the individual sets that are on the Pure Strength series? I am trying to track calories expended, but have no clue what the name of each set of exercises is so I can look them up. thanks for any help!

Look at these two threads I think Pure Strength is listed in Anna's Compendium Part Two. She lists all the exercises on the DVDs. It must have been a labor of love!
