Pure Strength II - ?

Cathe,

Do you think you will produce a Pure Strength II? I am using Pure Strength now to get back in shape after having a baby 7 months ago. I find it to be just perfect in time length as I do not have much time anymore and I find I am unable to exercise when the baby is sleeping because my little guy doesn't believe in napping, he takes 20 minute power naps! So that leaves me with little time.

Just wondering.

I just did Pure Strength Strong Legs & Abs for the first time, and I find it so far superior to GS: Legs. I hope Cathe does a PS II as well.

PS is my favorite cathe strength dvd(and I have them all ;-)

The duration, exercise sequences and bodypart splits are extremely effective and soo easy to fit into any schedule!

I Especially love that the workouts are all on one dvd!

Another vote for PS II (with an added bonus of all upper & upper/lowerbody split combo)The premixes spoil me ;-)

Agreed. Gym Styles are the PS 2, with a difference. The floor work is far superior to that on PS legs and the band work introduces variety. Cathe doesn't produce workouts that are exactly the same. Would that be marketable? For example, those who wanted a KPC 2 got Kickmax. They are not the same.

I just revisited the Pure Strength series this past week. I used it a lot when I was pregnant as I could modify and she doesn't do as many reps. I think the Gym Style series is better, though - heavier weight, more reps, etc. And the band does add a nice new feeling to muscle work. But I think the floor work in PS legs with the bar is fantastic. It's a heavier weight than using just the band or ankle weights and my ab/adductors were wonderfully sore for two days after! From now on, I'll be using that chapter of PS legs a lot more with other workouts to get a nice toned and tightened feel in my thighs. Hey Cathe, maybe add some more challenge bar exercises to your future workouts! :)

PS is my favorite split series - I love the floorwork in PS Legs - and while GS is very good, I would be very excited to see another series in the same vein as PS!! Pleeeeeeeease??
