Just want to get some feedback from anyone who already has it. I did read the reviews in Amazon they all seemed to like it. But how hard is it?
I am a runner and I am looking for some other cardio/strength training/core exercises I can do when the weather gets too Hot and Humid.
Is the DVD really as good as people are saying? Any disappointments?
