I got an assist strap and can now do 5 assisted pull ups. I want to work on progressing but should I work on being able to do more assisted or less unassisted? Should I work on doing more straight or stopping and doing more sets of less reps?
So do I do 2 sets of 4 and try to work up to 3 sets of 4 with a little break in between? Maybe 3 sets where 1 set is without assistance (although that might be a lower rep set).
