I did PUB last week and used the Stability Ball on as many exercises as I could think of instead of the bench, even when doing Bicep Curls I put one foot back behind me on the ball and balanced -
MY CORE THANKED ME!
I have always loved this workout, but I needed a way to make it more challenging without increasing my weights, and so I swapped out the bench for the stability ball - it made a big difference
Just a thought for those of you who love this workout but needed something NEW to Bring It again!!!}( }( }(
In fact, I just might do it again tonight - tonight is arms and core of choice for me.
I am using a very loose workout rotation this month
Cardio,Upper,Lower, circuit, stretch, ect - so its fun to play around a bit and I have re-discovered some workouts in the process!!
