PUB/PLB

For PLB the warm-up is pretty much all that is missing, although I think there might be a few shortened reps on one or two of the pyramids. For PUB the GREAT abs section on the Balance Ball is cut. I love this abs workout, the moves are mostly unique to PUB and the plank work it killer, mostly b/c your upper body just worked so hard you can barely hold yourself up!

I used to do these off of Fit TV as well. i still got a pretty good work out, but if I remember correctly PLB is choppy. It definitely is worth it to have this one. i do reach for it quite often.

Yes, the abs are great on these!!!
