With the great advice given to me, I am going to go ahead and do a rotation with includes PUB/PLB. My question though, should I do PUB/PLB each twice a week (of course cardio will be included), do PUB/PLB once a week with ME in there during the week (cardio included, or do PUB/PLB once a week then add either Callanetics or The Bar Method in a few times a week (cardio included). I would rather to the last, but I am wondering if mixing the two programs will defeat what each program tries to do. As I mentioned before, I need to lose 60#'s (well, three to four dress sizes!!) and would really, really like to focus on the lower body as my emphasis. Any advice you give regarding your thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
