PUB/PLB premixes question?

which do you find easier pyramid up or pyramid down on the premixes or are they both as intense? This is for both upper and lower body workouts. Thanks!

Hi Beth!! IMHO I did the down premix only once and to me I found it more tougher then the up only. I do the up only premixes. I think with doing the down only when you start heavy your muscle is already screaming when your going down so maybe that is why to me it seems harder.
