PUB/PLB premix question

Hi there. I was wondering if there is a full body premix on the PUB/PLB DVD. I remember hearing that there was but I wanted to know for sure before I purchase. Also, if there is a full body premix. Do you know how long it is?

There definetely is a full body premix...it's called the Bonus Combo I believe. It's just about an hour if I remember and it is an awesome workout!
