PUB/PLB- Is it safe to do both in one day?

Hello Friends.
It's one of my newest to my collection along with HSTA, and I'm so excited.
If I do weight training on one day, then I usually do cardio on the next followed by circuit training,
TIA for your opinons, advice.
 
There's a bonus combo of both workouts on the Pyramid DVD, it runs about 1 hour. If you really have the time for it, I don't see any reason why you couldn't do both workouts the same day though. I believe the rule of thumb is to allow a 48 hour rest between weight workouts. Alternating days of cardio and weight training does just that.

I'm not sure by your question if on the day after weight training you are doing both a cardio and circuit workout. That would probably not be advisable unless you went extremely light with the weights on the circuit workout (just to continue the cardio effect).
