So a while ago I posted asking about the pub/plb bonus combo, and finally did it last night, have to say I really like the workout, it contained a good solid set of exercises, the time went quickly, and I have a good amount of soreness in my lower body, I think it clocked in around 55 minutes. This is a great addition to add to the list of full body weight workouts available.
The bonus combo for those who are wondering, combines some of the lower and some of the upper for a full body workout, but it only does 3 sets, light, medium, heavy weights, then moves on to the next exercise. They even give you a little screen of what comes next which tells you what weight Cathe will be using, so you get a couple extra seconds to get set up.
Thumbs up (as usual) for this workout. I just love discovering all these pre-mixes, it's just like getting a new dvd each time!
