that you should make sure your legs are not sweaty when attempting the Pike. I just kept slipping off that thing.

Next time I will wear pants.


First time doing this workout and I loved it. It just flew by!

Will I get results from doing PUB and PLB just once per week, or should I being doing these twice a week?

I do them once a week as my "strength" workout and also do an endurance workout for all body parts once a week.

I put PUB and PLB in my workout rotation each week since they were released. I think they give fantastic results. Like Angela, I also do an endurance workout or two each week. I like them so much that I'm not ready to give them up just yet. :D
