PUB for the first time

Not only was this workout thorough, but I burst out laughing more than once. When Cathe ?'s her thought to use heavier dumbbells; and when she states that she hears all those comments at just the point I was getting ready to swear at the TV - LOL! It was too funny and right on the moment.

Now, funny was me on the stability ball trying to balance and do that upper jack thingy. I was all over the place, laughing so hard at my feeble attempts. I more or less just spent that time rolling over the ball and landing on my butt. Thank goodness I was all alone in the basement - WHAT A SIGHT!

Had a blast!

Oh, I love both pyramid series - did PLB on Wednesday and boy did I feel it by Thursday afternoon, and PUB this morning was just a hoot!

Who would have thought that exercise could be this much fun!

I am a woosie- haven't done either in their entirety. I do the bonus premix. I was gonna do both on thurs but changed my mind and just did the bonus :-( One day I'll get there!!

Hang in there Catherine, you WILL get there. Feel great about what you are doing. I haven't done the bonus premix yet, but I know I will at some time.

Hi, Tammy. I have a feeling I'll be just as inept on the stability ball when I try it out. So, it was hard? I'm BRAND new to Cathe and the only workout I have is Basic Step + Body Fusion. I just got a stability ball and I'm a little nervous about trusting it, even though it's an anti-burst one. Did it scare you a little, too, trying it the first time? How much should they be blown up? Just big enough to have some "give," but not so tight you just roll off?

Hi Susan,

I'm still trying to master those pikes on the stability ball. The ball should be nice and firm to the touch, but not too hard.

I did the pyramid bonus premix yesterday morning as I was short on time, but it didn't really appeal to me. Next time I will keep those workouts separate.
