When PUB first was released, I seem to remember many members here having trouble with the chest portion because their hands/wrists fatigued way before their chests ever did.
Stopping the tape and massaging out the kinks in one's hands didn't seem to be very helpful as then the flow (and basically the whole point) of the exercise was destroyed with so many stops and starts.
I've recently added PUB back into a vague type of rotation, and am now facing the same problem. My chest is ready for more weight, but I'm being held back my how much (actually, how little) weight my hands can take. I've tried different types of gloves, stopping the DVD, etc., all to no avail.
What was your method for increasing your weights in PB chest? Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks for reading my post!
