PUB chest question

Hello,
I love the Intensity Series. I am having a bit of a problem with PUB, the first segment, Chest. I am using 8, 10 & 15 lbs dumbells and am not feeling my chest being worked. I am only feeling it in my upper back. What form pointers should I concentrate on? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to bud in, but I change weights between the flyes and presses for that same reason. If I go light enough to stay safe on flyes (an isolation movement), I'm not heavy enough for presses (a compound movement).
