PUB biceps...omg!

I know exactly what you mean! I can keep up with Cathe on everything but biceps. The good thing is I have been able to increase my weights by doing PUB. I just keep thinking - it feels so good when I stop!

Oh yeah I can relate. I also am lifting heavier than Cathe until it comes to the biceps. I use the same weights as she does, but I don't lift with ease like her. I feel like crying every time I come to that part of the DVD, but then I get happy because it is the last exercise.

oh boy do I know what you mean, those aching bicep. It is nice to know that is the last excerise. By the way, my aching hands hurt when I do those chest works, It feels like my hands are bruising.

Do you necessarily have to use the same weight going up as down? I mean, if I use 10, 12 and 15, going up, I don't have to use 12 and 10 going down, right? Can I drop to 10 and 8?

Hey like Cathe says in some of her workout, "this is your workout". I do this sometimes 12,12,15,12,12. So do what you feel that is comfortable for you:)

Susan,
I do exactly that, except I switch from 15 to 12 mid-set (15 for hammer curls and 12 for regular curls) and then go to 10 and 8. Last time I did it, though I did 10 and then 10 again (sloooowly working my way up to Cathe on those!!!)

I swear the biceps are the hardest, and then you have to do the pyramids off of the ball my arms some times shake. I increase to a
20 lb pair of dumbells when I have recuperated fully. Otherwise I have to lower. Not the norm for me. I have found some of the heavier workouts easier after doing this. Pyramids have been one of my favorites next to slow and heavy.

All of you totally amaze me. To be able to match her with most of the workout?! I use Ken and Barbie weights for PUB and still die.
