Just tried PUB premix up this morning and really liked it. I was glad to find that I did not need the stability ball for the ab segment. I did Brenda's modification with a dumbbell and found it to be quite challenging. I will get a lot of use out of the premixes on this dvd as the whole workout is too much weight work for me. What can I say, I gotta include my cardio or I'm not satisfied. The premix was 30 minutes (minus warm-up) which was perfect. Included one on my Taebo advanced that I taped years ago off pay per view. Hadn't done that in awhile. It was a fun sweaty workout.
Thanks to all of you who gave me info on this workout and encouraged me to get it. Tomorrow I plan to do Cardio Kicks and the PLB premix. Can't wait!:7
