PUB and PLB, I'm gonna love it!

Just tried PUB premix up this morning and really liked it. I was glad to find that I did not need the stability ball for the ab segment. I did Brenda's modification with a dumbbell and found it to be quite challenging. I will get a lot of use out of the premixes on this dvd as the whole workout is too much weight work for me. What can I say, I gotta include my cardio or I'm not satisfied. The premix was 30 minutes (minus warm-up) which was perfect. Included one on my Taebo advanced that I taped years ago off pay per view. Hadn't done that in awhile. It was a fun sweaty workout.:)

Thanks to all of you who gave me info on this workout and encouraged me to get it. Tomorrow I plan to do Cardio Kicks and the PLB premix. Can't wait!:7

Fab40,

If you are going to be using a barbell on PLB, I suggest doing the entire pyramid. It's only 10 minutes longer than the premix and going down the pyramid causes you to have your barbell loaded for the next set of exercises. Does that make sense?

I've also found recently, and enjoy, doing the down pyramid premix on PUB with my heaviest for the 8 and 10 count, then my mid-weight for the 12 count. You really feel it during, and the day after!

It's probably my most versatile DVD. The floorwork is great for add-ons to other workouts too.

I'm glad you've discovered it!
