PUB alternative?

I apologize if this has been asked already on the boards ( I can't seem to find it, if so), but is a challenging, yet more endurance workout for Upper Body? I'm using PUB currently, but next week, I will have a day when I can only work upper body (due to planning a long run with some of my running friends), and I'd like something else to avoid doing PUB twice in one week.

Any suggestions? I have the Intensity Series and Body Blast.

Hi Joy, If you have the IS on DVD you can do ME upper body split premix which is an endurance type.
 
OR another good one is if you have the SS & PP dvd, do the long version of upper body premix of SS. That is a good one as well! Thanks to Jillybean who turned me onto it;) .
