PUB abs question

I love doing the pub! When I try doing a pike my lower back hurts. What am I doing wrong?

Try tucking your hips/pelvis just a little by squeezing your butt. It sounds like you might be letting yourself go a bit sway-backed which can compress the lower back. Engaging the glutes with that tuck should stabilize the whole area. HTH.
