PS vs S&H, GS

I've never done a PS rotation, but am kind of into one now. I've done S&H and GS - love the results from those. For those of you who have and like PS - may I ask why? Can you give me a little compare / contrast of it vs. these others. TIA

The workouts are more straightforward and a little shorter than the GS workouts. There's no band work in these and the leg floorwork uses a 15 lb BodyBar for the resistance (you could use your green band from the GS series if you don't have a BB). I also like the fact that I don't have to figure out how to fit in ab work since it's included.

Don't get me wrong. PS works all the muscle groups, but it doesn't have quite as much detail work as the GS workouts do. This is especially true on the leg floorwork.

The PS series is all on one dvd and it doesn't feature any pre-mixes.

I didn't much care for PS when I first got it, but I like it and use it a lot now. I like that it's straightforward and thorough, but not too long. It's easy to turn it into a two day split (unlike the S&Hs, which are longer). The two upper body workouts are just short enough that it's easy for me to add a half hour or so of cardio with them. I sometimes like to use PS in a mixed rotation with S&H. I'll alternate weeks of S&H and PS for 4 to 6 weeks. PS won't ever get out-dated for me; I'll use every few months for a long time to come. (I've also just rediscovered MIS and I'm really liking that one too).
