PS upper body Question

Cathe (and educated crowd),

If I want to do both PS/BBA and PS/CST on the same day, which one should I do first? Does it matter? I know that you usually want to start with the larger muscle groups and then move on the smaller ones, and I'm confused about which tape I should start with.

Hi, Sarah--

I'm not Cathe, but I used to do these workouts together, too. I used to do the warm-up and chest work from CST, then do the back work from BBA, then go back to CST for the shoulders and triceps, then finish up with the biceps and abs from BBA. It was a lot of tape switching, but I felt like it was a good order to work the different parts. Hopefully you have the DVD; that would make it much easier!
