PS Times??

Hi, I was interested in possibly doing the one body part per day techninque using the upper body sections from PS and CTX. I'm very pressed for time so I was wondering if someone could give me the total time for each body part in the PS series?? I looked under the dvd section, but it's only listed as chapters and the times arent included. I already have the ctx times.

Thanks!

Hi Jo, Well, I'd say crazy! Tee hee!:7
Stacy, I know Deb could probably post her rotation. For the life of me, I can't seem to stick with any certain rotation. I write down what I'm going to do for any given week and I don't think I've stuck to it one single time. The only thing I know I'm going to do for sure in a week is lower body twice, upper body twice, and one full body w/o. I always do yoga at least twice a week also. I usually "wing" it when it comes to cardio. I'm sure that was a huge help, eh?:+

Speaking of one body part per day. I am in my first week of a rotation where I do one Body Part Per day as follows:
M: chest PUB, chest PS & first40" of Cardio Kicks
T: Back PUB, back PS & 40" of Step Heat, abs from BBA PS,
W: Shoulders PUB, shoulders PS & 45" interval bike work, Abs from PS LLA

TH: Boot Camp- cardio&lower body combo followed by PLB stab.ball
& BC abs,

F: Biceps PUB, biceps PS & cardio choice 30-40"
S: Triceps PUB, triceps PS cardio choice 30-40" & ab choice
Su: rest & stretch :)

Sounds like a good rotation! Do you both up and down the pyramid for each upper body part?? I've never done the cardio/lower body Boot Camp combo.....how long is??

Thanks!
