PS tapes & slimming down

Hi Cathe!

I'm using the PS tapes and I need to know how do I use these tapes along with cardio (how much cardio) to burn fat? I don't want to bulk up and I carry most fat in my lower abs. Would MIS be better for this or am I on the right track? How should I rotate it?

Hi Nancy!

I would say that you are fine using either MIS two non-consecutive times per week, or the PS tapes one time per week each. The amount of bulk that you could potentially develop will depend on the following: 1) how much cardio you use along with it(high levels like 5 to 6 cardio workouts per week will help to keep size off, and lower levels like 3 cardio workouts per week will help to keep size on) 2) how heavy a weight you choose to lift(heavier equals more size, however, your weight should never be TOO light if you are already experienced with strength training) 3) your diet 4)and finally your genetics!
