PS: SL&A IS easier than MIS, HOWEVER

I have never been so sore in my near recollection. I am NEVER this sore with MIS lower body, but MIS just kills me.

I KNOW I can use heavier with PS legs because I don't feel fatigued (except during sit-and-stands), but I'm just sticking to my current 30 lbs because I am SO sore the next day.

The PS Series sat on my shelf for months before I opened them because I was so afraid of them. I really like the slow & heavy.
 
Me too!! I love the slow and heavy way to lift weights!! In fact, I'm supposed to start a new rotation come Mon., but I'm missing the PS Series so badly!! I plan on starting CTX again. I'm saving myself, because as soon as the new tapes come in The Slow and Heavy series are first on my list to do. And I do want to do one heavy series followed by another. July is going to go very slow for me;-)!
