Hi! I'm a 29 year old male and I just started using your videos at home. In the gym, I can bench press 100 lbs of barbell in 10 'slow' reps with no problem. When I followed your cuing in the video, it seems my triceps gets all the workload? And It's really TOUGH! Should I go for a lower weight? Will I still get bigger if I go for a lesser weight? I plan to put on some muscles. BTW,I do cardio everyday but I still have a lovehandle.
One more, about nutrition. I'm confused abt the grams/calories of food I eat:
For example, if I buy a 1 kilogram of meat, it's 1000 grams of meat right? Does that mean I have to multiply it by 4 (protein), therefore, it has 4,000 calories of protein? How about the carbohydrates? The fats? Oh no! I'm really naive when it comes to nutrition. All I know is ... eat them.
