Hi Cathe and Everyone!
It seems whenever I work my shoulders (and I have found that shoulder & chest work are my weak areas)that my neck really hurts. Is this normal, or am i doing something wrong? Also, is it okay to do each tape just once a week? I have been doing MIS twice and Body Max once a week alternating with cardio for a total of 6 exercise days. I wondered if I will lose strength just doing each body part once a week. I am trying to build muscle in my upper body. Thanks for all help & suggestions!
